Refund Policy:
All requests for refunds must be made in writing via email. 50% Refunds will be issued to teams requesting a refund after 3/11/22 and prior to 7/11/2022
Emergency / Bad Weather:
In the case of inclement weather, all team advisors will be contacted via whatsapp. While sometimes weather can be unpredictable, usually we will make a decision by 7:00am the day on the event, if not earlier. I will also update the "EVENT NAME" to read "CANCELED" at the top.
