CREATE Jr.

Welcome to the CREATE Robotics World Championship tournament. This is the CREATE Jr. event. (The CREATE Open can be found in their own event.) This year, CREATE's signature event will be held in the Iowa West Field House, right next door to the Mid-America Center. This facility will be the perfect home for the 2024 CREATE World Robotics Championship. Teams from across the United States and world will be invited to this unique event.

It is important you review these rules as they require a different strategy from the VEX IQ Full Volume rules. We believe this change of rules will make for an enriched learning experience and engineering challenge for each of the teams!

Judging will be held on Saturday morning. Any teams wanting to have an opportunity to be judged should be prepared to present at that time.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing via email. Full refunds will be granted to requests made prior to 1/1/2024. Refunds of $150 will be issued to teams requesting a refund after 12/31/23 and prior to 2/1/2024. $100 refunds will be issued to teams requesting a refund prior to 3/1/2024. No refunds will be issued after 3/1/2024. (In rare cases where the user registered for the wrong event, AND CREATE is notified within 48 hours of registration, a full refund might be granted after 12/31/23.)

Due to the nature of scheduling an event of this size, there is no viable way to have contingency dates due to weather and weather-related events.
